Currently, Arda Bafra is directing Maxim`s Integrated circuit R&D center in Istanbul for its Automotive Business Unit. Maxim Integrated is one of the leading companies of the Silicon Valley and its automotive serial links business unit develops high speed data communication chips for the next generation vehicles for the European, Asian and North American markets. Arda Bafra has a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, USA and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (ODTU). Arda Bafra was one of the first who established Integrated Circuit design centers in Turkey, and has been involved in establishing several design centers, including for Alcatel Microelectronics, Cypress Semiconductor and Maxim Integrated. Arda Bafra has a long successful technology and innovation management experience in the industry. Mr. Bafra also touches people’s lives with his articles, books and seminars on personal development and management.
