Caroline Trudeau is a 20-year career digital innovation, strategy and experience executive. She has built and lead global teams that have imagined and successfully delivered transformative initiatives at some of the world’s most powerful brands, including IBM, BMW, ExxonMobil, Omnicom, Volkswagen, Hilton Worldwide, Gannett, AARP, lululemon and AOL.
She is Head of Digital @ Slalom, a modern global consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation, in Washington, DC.
She is passionate about and practices a people-centered leadership approach that focuses on creativity and empathy as the foundation and guide to purposeful innovation and growth.
Caroline is Canadian-American: she was born and grew up in Montréal and immigrated to the US in the 1990s. She is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. Management, 1998) and The George Washington University (M.S. Project Management, 2008).
Caroline’s mission is to be a catalyst for and enabler of real conversations and deep connections. She is the creator of The Voices Collection, a digital content platform and co-host of the Gloss Over Podcast.
