Jason has responsibility for the ongoing development of Jardine’s group processes and innovations to ensure readiness for future consumer demands.
Jardine Motors represents the world’s leading premium and luxury automotive brands in locations across the UK including Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW and Jaguar Land Rover.
Jason’s areas of responsibility include providing a framework of support between retail and OEM partners which includes the ongoing review and assessment of innovation and business transformation projects, regulated activities (F&I and data), marketing (online and offline), used car wholesale, customer services and business improvements.
Before joining Jardine Motors, Jason was head of customer quality & network development for Audi UK. During his time, he led Audi to record levels of customer satisfaction, network satisfaction and dealer profitability by implementing sustainable programmes for customer centricity that complimented Audi’s ambition for volume growth and market leadership.
