Education
1990 – 2000 School years. During that years Math was his only passion. Last year of studying at school he devoted to entry exams to Lyceum of Belarusian State University.
In 2000 he entered Lyceum of Belarusian State University in Minsk with Math and Physics as major subjects. After finishing it in 2002 he then enrolled into BSU (Belarusian State University, Minsk) and successfully graduated from University in 2007.
Career
Being a third-year student he founded a company BDC Print in 2005 and began to earn living by filling cartridges. Like any project, it was growing, transforming and multiplying fields of expertise such as BDC Electronics and BDC Air. With time going, the company started to deal with industrial air purification systems. This experience gave place for further development of new project – EnCata, an innovative engineering service, with constructing bureau, R&D center and 8 offices across the globe. After enlargement, the company created EnCata Soft, MakeIT.center and the Fir.

In 2016 Oleg Kondrashov was awarded “Minsk citizen of the year” in the industrial sphere.
The companies are the residents of Belarus High Technologies Park, Skolkovo Park, Minsk City Technopark.
Mr. Kondrashov annually takes part in international industrial and business forums and conferences as a speaker, including the USA, Europe and countries of CIS. Moreover, he has a number of social media publications.
